Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging, and the plastic seal on the product should not be broken. Returns comply with the Indian Consumer Protection Act.
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the customer by the original payment method within 15 business days. The refund will be the ‘original amount paid minus the return shipping charges’.
3. Warranty Coverage
- Our water conditioners come with a 6-month life guarantee covering manufacturing defects. If the product starts to float on the water before 6 months of purchase, or if there are any other issues with the product that the company finds significant, then the customer can get a warranty exchange.
Please note that a replacement will not be provided if the product has been used with municipal water or in a tank that has a larger capacity than what the product is designed to handle.
Step 1 - Visit our website www.h2s.co.in, scroll down, and click on Warranty exchange.
Step 2 - Upload a geo-tagged picture of the floating product in our water tank (or a picture of any other issue the customer faces).
Step 3 - Upload your Invoice ( you can find it in your ‘orders’ section ).
Step 4 - Click on ‘Request Warranty’.
*Your warranty will be processed within 1 to 2 days from the date of the request if the company deems it eligible for a warranty exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or opened consumable products (open plastic seal on the product) are not eligible for return.
